Fully funded master's programs in Moscow covering tuition and a monthly stipend, with the final 2026 application wave closing July 7.

No tuition fee is charged; admitted students receive a monthly stipend (up to 40,000 RUB/month for MSc students based on competitive selection) plus insurance coverage for international students.
